So many of us live busy and stressful lives and don't make time for ourselves, or if we do, we feel guilty about it, our mind is still ticking through the to do list.
One way that I have discovered which helps to counteract this, is to have an essential oil blend in the background, releasing beautiful and inspiring aromas. Essential oil blends have the double whammy of having a purpose, eg calming or uplifting, as well as doing something nice for ourselves, while still enabling us to go about our day and get stuff done!

As well as wanting to give you an enjoyable experience, we also care about your safety, so please be aware of the following:
- Do not consume essential oils or apply essential oils directly to the skin unless blended with a carrier oil, eg 1 - 3% essential oil added to 97% carrier oil.
- Some essential oils can be toxic to pets, more information to follow.
- Consult with your doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding.
- If any skin irritation occurs, please stop using immediately.
- Please store products below 30 degrees Celcius in a dark cool place.
- Keep in a safe place away from children and pets.
